Have drifting or broken Sticks? Send yours in and we will send them back with the sticks of your choice! Choose from the Original Nintendo Sticks Black or White. 

How It Works

• After your order is placed, we will send our mailing address and instructions.
• Once we receive your controllers, we will test, swap out the sticks of your choice.
• Your Joy-Cons or Switch lite will be in our possession between 3-5 business days. 
• You will be responsible for shipping your controllers to us.
• All materials removed from your controllers will be returned along with your Joy-Cons or Switch Lite.
• We offer repairs, but please message us before purchasing so we can work out prices and ordering parts, if necessary.

• Before we build, we will test your controllers. If you are not sure, or need time to think it over, that's perfectly fine. If you approve the sticks and decide you'd like changes after the controllers have been completely built, there will be a $20 added charge for us to reassemble.

- Let us know if prefer black or white.
4. Switch Lite - Both side
- We swap the Sticks to the color of your choice
- Let us know if prefer black or white.

 

Add-Ons

Metal Locks - $5. These replace the original plastic locks with stronger metal locks and help keep the Joy-Cons firmly locked onto the Switch.

Important Details

Every controller that leaves our shop has been hand-built with love. 

Only official Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons are used, so you know you're getting the best of the best. 

  • Brand new, official Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons will come sealed in the original retail box 

  • Refurbished, official Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons Controllers will look exactly the same externally, however, the internals will be built with lightly pre-owned official Nintendo Joy-Cons. We replace the sticks along with any other necessary parts, to make sure the controllers are built to last. Original retail box not included.

Joy-Cons work universally and can be used on any version of the Switch console (OLED, V2/V1, Lite via Bluetooth).

Warranty

This purchase will include a 60 day warranty. This means we will repair or replace for free within this timeframe. After the initial 60 days, we offer a lifetime post-warranty which consists of low-cost repairs.

*This warranty covers technical issues such as analog drift, issue with buttons, battery, connectivity, NFC, motion controls and defective parts. Warranty does not cover loss, theft, damage, breakage or changes in appearance due to careless handling or gradual degradation of the products due to normal wear*
